- Cancellation Notice: We require a week notice for cancellations in order to receive refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within a week of the trip will not receive a refund of their deposit unless determined by your guide.
- No Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled trip without notice, a 100% charge will apply.
- Weather-related Cancellations: If your trip is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be rescheduled or refunded in full.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. Please notify us as soon as possible.
